1、 Main performance and application:

The linear vibrating screen, also known as linear screen, uses the vibrating motor as the excitation source to make the materials be thrown up on the screen surface at a certain angle through the vibrating force of the vibrating motor, and move forward in a jumping manner in a straight line to reasonably match the screen mesh to achieve the purpose of screening.

It is often used for coal, mines, metal powder, waste material recycling and processing and other large particle materials.

2、 Features:

High screening accuracy, simple structure, convenient maintenance, low energy consumption, low noise, good sealing, reduced dust pollution, and long screen life. Mainly reflected in:

1. Good sealing and no dust overflow.

2. Low energy consumption, low noise and long service life of screen.

3. It has high screening accuracy, large processing capacity and simple structure.

4. Fully enclosed structure, automatic discharge, more suitable for assembly line operation.

5. All parts of the screen body are welded by rolled steel plates and profiles (some components are connected by bolts). The overall rigidity is good, firm and reliable.

6. Tailor made outlet is more suitable for assembly line operation.

7. The grid is specially designed, and the screen is not loose.

3、 Component composition:

It is mainly composed of screen box, screen frame, screen, vibration motor, motor pedestal, damping spring, support, etc.

1. Screen box: it is welded by several kinds of steel plates with different thicknesses. It has certain strength and rigidity and is the main component of the screen machine.

2. Screen frame: welded by profile, the screen is not easy to loosen.

3. Feed port

4. Outlet: different outlets can be designed according to different production process requirements of manufacturers to meet customer needs.

5. Screen: there are low carbon steel, stainless steel wire and other materials screen or plate screen.

6. Vibration motor: Level 4.

7. Motor pedestal: install the vibration motor, and tighten the connecting screws before use, especially three days before the trial use of the new screen machine, so as to avoid accidents caused by loosening.

8. Damping spring: prevent vibration from being transmitted to the ground, and support all the weight of the screen box. During installation, the spring is perpendicular to the ground.

9. Support: it is composed of four pillars and two channel steels, which support the screen box. During installation, the pillars are vertical to the ground, and the channel steels below the two pillars should be parallel to each other. It can be fixed or not with expansion wire.

4、 Precautions for use:

After the test run, check that the above contents are correct, retighten all fasteners, and ensure that the screen and all parts are fastened in good condition before formal use.

Before that, do the following:

(1) Training of operators

Understand the structure and simple working principle of each part of the equipment; Before work, make preparations for start-up, check that the rotating parts are flexible and free of jamming, the screen is intact, all parts are free of looseness, and the bolts are fastened.

(2) No load startup and shutdown: linear screen is generally used in crushing and screening complete equipment or washing process, which requires no-load startup and shutdown of screen. Therefore, it is necessary to follow the principle of starting in reverse process flow and stopping in parallel process flow. Except for special reasons, it is not allowed to stop with materials. When there is accumulated material on the screen surface, clean it before starting. Feeding can only be started after normal operation.
